Dentistry has always felt like the right fit for me. It’s got everything I care about in one job: science, precision, a little bit of art, and a real chance to change how someone feels day to day.

I handle most of what a patient needs without sending them elsewhere: comprehensive exams and preventive care, tooth-colored fillings, crowns and bridges, complex root canal therapy, dental implants, wisdom tooth extractions, cosmetic smile work, and wrinkle-relaxing injections and dermal fillers for facial aesthetics and TMJ. Routine cleaning or something bigger, it gets the same attention from me.

My husband, Dr. Alexander Pardo, and I built Almas around the visit we’d want for our own family: warm blankets, under-eye masks, noise-canceling headphones, and no rushing through your questions.

Picking a dentist is a bigger decision than people treat it as, and I don’t take it lightly that you’d trust us with it. My goal is simple: get you out of pain, get your mouth healthy, and help you leave feeling better about your smile than when you walked in.

I don’t want to be the person you only see when something hurts. I’d rather be the dentist your whole family sticks with for years.

A smile says a lot about a person: how confident they feel, how easily they connect with people around them. Seeing how something as simple as fixing a smile could change the way someone carried themselves is what pulled me into dentistry, and it’s still the part of the job I find most rewarding.

My focus is comprehensive dentistry: smile makeovers, restorative work, dental implants, and facial aesthetics. I blend the technical side with the artistic side, using digital diagnostics and AI-assisted imaging so you can see exactly what I’m seeing and make a real decision about your own mouth.

No two patients need exactly the same thing, so I don’t treat them that way. We try not to push quick fixes. If we can save more of your natural tooth, we will, even if that means a slower conversation than you expected.

This is a family business in the truest sense. My wife, Dr. Fatema Serageldin, and I run Almas together, and whether you’re here for a cleaning or a full smile transformation, I’ll treat it the same way: carefully, honestly, and with real attention to the details.

I never wanted this to be just about teeth. I wanted it to be about the moment someone stops covering their mouth when they laugh.
